Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is hiring Presales Solutions Architects in ERP and Digital Experience. You will lead presales solutioning, advise on platform domains such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite ERP, and Adobe Experience Cloud, and deliver tailored demonstrations and proposals.

Collaborate with account executives, delivery leadership, and clients to translate requirements into solution architectures, scoping, and LOE estimates, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business process analysis, ERP or Digital Experience design, or implementation.
• Hands-on with one or more enterprise platforms (Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Adobe Experience Cloud).
• Experience in presales activities, discovery, demos, scoping, and sales-to-delivery handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Leads functional and technical presales activities from discovery to deal close.
• Translate business needs into solution recommendations including integrations and configurations.
• Develop solution strategies aligned with client priorities, budget, and timelines.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations mapping platform capabilities to needs.
• Contribute to proposals, SOWs, LOE estimates, and licensing considerations.
