Job summary

BDO is seeking a Dynamics 365 Presales Solutions Architect to lead presales efforts within the Enterprise Business Applications practice. You will partner with account executives, delivery teams, and clients to translate requirements into tailored solution strategies, deliver demonstrations, and support scoping and proposals.

Occasional travel up to 50% is required. The role emphasizes architecture across ERP processes, Digital Experience capabilities, and licensing considerations, with

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in ERP-related business processes or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Dynamics 365 applications.
• Experience supporting presales including discovery, demos, scoping, and proposals.
• Client-facing consulting experience with executives.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, financial services, or PE-backed firms.
• ERP certifications preferred.
• Strong presentation and estimation skills.
• Ability to balance requirements, capabilities, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales activities from discovery through deal close.
• Translate business requirements into solution recommendations.
• Design tailored demonstrations mapping platform capabilities to client needs.
• Develop statements of work and pricing support materials.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and licensing considerations.
• Mentor consultants and presales team members.
• Travel – up to 50%.
