Job summary

BDO USA is seeking Presales Solutions Architects across ERP and Digital Experience domains to lead presales solutioning for enterprise clients. You will partner with account executives, delivery leadership, and clients to translate requirements into tailored solution strategies, demonstrations, scoping, and proposals.

You will build demo environments, support licensing discussions, and contribute to estimates while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

Eight or more years in business process analysis, ERP or Digital Experience design, or implementation.
Hands-on experience with ERP or Digital Experience platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Adobe Experience Cloud).
Experience supporting presales activities including discovery, demonstrations, scoping, and proposals.

Responsibilities

Lead functional and technical presales activities from discovery through deal close.
Translate business requirements into solution recommendations, configurations, and integrations.
Design tailored demonstrations mapped to client needs and outcomes.
Develop Statements of Work, LOE estimates, and pricing materials with leadership.
Mentor consultants and presales team; travel up to 50%.
