Job summary

Cambay Solutions is seeking an experienced D365 Business Central Pre-Sales Architect to lead solution architecture, technical discovery, demonstrations, and proposal development. You will partner with sales teams to translate complex client needs into scalable ERP architectures and roadmaps.

The role requires 12+ years in ERP consulting with BC/Nav focus, and hands-on experience with BC integrations, APIs, Azure, and Power Platform.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of ERP consulting experience with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
Proven experience in solution architecture, pre-sales consulting, or technical sales leadership roles.
Deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Warehouse Management processes.
Experience leading customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations.
Experience preparing proposals, solution estimates, implementation plans, and statements of work.
Strong understanding of ERP migration and modernization initiatives.
Experience with Business Central integrations using APIs, Azure services, and Power Platform.
Excellent communication, consulting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to engage effectively with business leaders, C-level executives, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops and business process assessment sessions with prospective customers.
Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices.
Translate business challenges into scalable ERP solution architectures and transformation roadmaps.
Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle by providing technical expertise and solution guidance.
Deliver compelling Dynamics 365 Business Central demonstrations tailored to customer business scenarios.
Prepare solution proposals, statements of work (SOW), implementation approaches, effort estimates, and project scope documents.
Architect solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Project Operations.
Design integrations between Business Central and Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure services, CRM systems, eCommerce platforms, and third-party applications.
Provide licensing guidance and recommend deployment strategies that maximize customer value.
Lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful transition from pre-sales to implementation.
Support proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and solution validation activities.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies, solution accelerators, and industry-specific offerings.
Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central product enhancements, Copilot capabilities, and industry trends.
