Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Presales Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and AI. You will lead presales activities from discovery to deal close, collaborating with executives and clients to map business needs to Microsoft-based solutions.

You will architect demonstrations, build assets, and contribute to proposals while mentoring the presales team. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in business applications consulting and Dynamics 365 design.
• Five+ years of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform configuration experience.
• Three+ years in presales solution architect or technical sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales activities for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI opportunities.
• Collaborate with account executives to understand client needs and goals.
• Translate requirements into solution recommendations and demos.
• Develop scoping, SOWs, LOEs, and pricing support materials.
• Mentor consultants and presales staff; travel up to 50%.
