HP Inc. seeks a proactive Presales Technical Consultant to position HP cloud and device solutions for customers in a technically driven role. You will present HP offerings, work with sales, and build trusted advisor relationships with IT decision-makers.

The role emphasizes technical demonstrations, solution mapping, and ongoing certification pursuit to strengthen HP's security and deployment capabilities.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Typically 2–4 years of work experience in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and help position technical HP solutions to business challenges.
• Deliver presales technical presentations on HP solutions (including HP Cloud Endpoint Manager) and build trust as technical advisor.
• Collaborate with the sales team to win new business while retaining existing customers.
• Build strong relationships with technical decision makers and demonstrate broad IT knowledge.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of HP services, solutions, and hardware.
• Pursue or obtain industry certifications in IT security, Modern Deployment, and workforce solutions.
• Direct experience with HP Device Manager, HP CEM, and cloud solutions like AWS preferred.
