Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Presales Technical Consultant to translate customer needs into technical solutions, presenting HP offerings (including HP Cloud Endpoint Manager) and collaborating with the sales team to grow business while sustaining current accounts.

You will establish trusted relationships with technical decision-makers, demonstrate HP services and hardware expertise, and pursue IT security and deployment certifications to stay ahead in a fast-evolving IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Typically has 2–4 years of work experience in technical/consultative selling or account management.
• Preferred certifications CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA Cloud+.
• Deep knowledge of HP services, solutions, and hardware.
• Plan to acquire IT security, Modern Deployment and workforce solutions certifications.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and position technical solutions to solve business challenges.
• Provide technical presentations to customers on HP solutions, including HP Cloud Endpoint Manager, and build trust as a technical advisor.
• Work closely with the sales team to win new business while retaining existing customers.
• Build strong relationships with technical decision-makers and communicate HP capabilities effectively.
