Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect to partner with the sales team and guide prospects through technical evaluations of our Agentic Database. You will deliver tailored demos, architect AI-native solutions, and secure technical wins in a customer-facing role.

You will communicate complex data challenges clearly, design PoCs, and collaborate with product and engineering to shape the roadmap. A strong data analytics background and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role.
• Hands-on experience with OLAP workloads, query optimization, and data modeling (star/snowflake).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiar with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating PhoenixAI capabilities via presentations, demos, and PoC.
• Architect PhoenixAI-based solutions to meet data scale and latency needs.
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of PoCs to show performance and usability.
• Keep detailed eval records to refine processes and inform product improvements.
• Collaborate with sales to align technical discussions with business goals and help close deals.
• Support marketing with webinars, conferences, and thought leadership on Agentic AI use cases.
