Job summary

Workato, a leader in iPaaS, is looking for a Presales Solution Architect to join its global solution consulting team in the United States. You will align technical goals with customers during the pre-sales lifecycle, conducting workshops to define the future state for AI agents and automations.

You will collaborate with AEs and other teams to demonstrate our platform, run technical workshops, and architect solutions that meet customers’ business needs in SaaS/iPaaS environments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Pre-sales experience in SaaS/iPaaS.
• Hands-on with automation technologies, middleware, APIs and databases.
• Experience with cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical diagnosis, prescription, and validation phases of the sales cycle and advise customers consultatively.
• Effectively team with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and other functions to evangelize our platform and drive the technical sales stages to completion.
• Work closely with Customer Success to make the solution a reality for the customer.
• Articulate and educate on business, technical and architectural concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Create and deliver custom product demonstrations to support the sales cycle
• Perform business and technical discovery with customer prospects and architect proposed solutions using Workato products
• Lead technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs), on-site or remote
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs
• Collect feedback from the field for product roadmap
