Job summary

Workato is seeking a Presales Solution Architect to join our global solution consulting team. You will align technically with customers during pre-sales, run workshops, and shape the future state for AI agents within Workato’s platform.

You’ll collaborate with AEs and other architects, deliver tailored product demos, and drive POCs to completion while ensuring architectural fit and business impact.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• Strong pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPaaS organization.
• Hands-on with automation, middleware, integration patterns, APIs and databases.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical alignment with the customer during pre-sales lifecycle.
• Partner with Account Executives and Solution Architects to evangelize the platform.
• Deliver custom product demonstrations and architect proposed solutions.
• Lead technical workshops and drive proofs of concept (POCs).
• Collaborate with Customer Success to realize solutions for customers.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and contribute to product feedback.
