PhoenixAI is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect to guide prospects through technical evaluations of the Agentic Database. You’ll partner with the sales team to deliver compelling presentations and tailor AI-native solutions, driving technical wins and PoCs.

This customer-facing role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication, and a passion for solving complex data challenges. You’ll document evaluations and collaborate with product and engineering to shape roadmaps, while

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role in data analytics, database, or cloud infra.
• Ability to distill complex tech into clear narratives for engineers and executives.
• Experience supporting sales during technical evaluations and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering demos and PoCs to prove PhoenixAI capabilities.
• Design tailored PhoenixAI-based solutions to meet customer needs and latency requirements.
• Lead PoC execution and optimization to showcase performance and usability.
• Document evaluations, use cases, challenges, and outcomes to inform products.
• Partner with sales, product, and engineering to align tech talks with business goals.
