Job summary

PhoenixAI is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect in Menlo Park to guide prospects through technical evaluations of the Agentic Database. You will deliver tailored demos, design solutions, and own PoC execution, collaborating with sales and engineering to secure technical wins.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in pre-sales or technical consulting, deep SQL and OLAP expertise, and experience with cloud platforms. Competitive compensation includes bonus/equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting in data analytics, databases, or cloud infra.
• Experience building and presenting technical evaluations and PoCs for customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor, demoing PhoenixAI capabilities via presentations and PoCs.
• Design PhoenixAI-based solutions to meet data scale, latency, and integration needs.
• Lead PoC execution, ensuring customers experience performance and usability.
• Document evaluations with use cases, challenges, and outcomes to inform product enhancements.
• Collaborate with sales to align technical talks with business goals and close deals.
• Support marketing with webinars, conference booths, and thought leadership.
