Job summary

Walsworth is seeking a Computer Support Representative to assist customers, sales reps and internal departments with daily support on files, design, and uploading questions. You will stay current on software, implement new processes, and train others on standard procedures.

You will help in downloading files, provide technical guidance, and ensure print readiness by testing files. Strong communication and graphic arts knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graphic arts background, creativity and design abilities preferred.
• Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service acumen.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, sales reps, and internal departments with file, design, or uploading questions.
• Keep up to date on the newest software and introduce new processes.
• Create, update, and train others on standard operating procedures.
• Assist internal departments in downloading files from transfer sites.
• Provide professional technical support and guidance.
• Test customer files for mechanical and technical issues to ensure print readiness.
• Document and organize communications between customers and internal teams.
• Monitor and respond to requests via phone, email, etc.
• Run daily customer service reports and support Prepress as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
