• AS400 experience preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple systems (AS400, Workshop, Prodnet, Salesforce, Monarch, Whiteboard, Insite) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders and enter into production system.
• Coordinate with Scheduling and Manufacturing for on-time deliveries.
• Assist customers on cover impositions, dummy books, and press tests.
• Send proofs to customers and log proofs in AS400.
• Prepare shipping instructions and manage fulfillment orders.
• Maintain required paperwork and records.
• Attend production meetings to optimize job planning.
