Job summary

Walsworth is seeking a Computer Support Representative to assist customers, sales reps, and internal teams with file, design, or uploading questions. You will stay current with software, improve processes, and train others on SOPs to deliver value-added services.

You will handle file transfers, provide technical guidance, test files for print readiness, and generate daily reports while collaborating with Prepress and Leads as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Graphic Arts background, creativity, and design abilities preferred
• Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, sales reps and internal departments with daily support on files, design or uploading questions.
• Stay up-to-date on the newest software and introduce new processes to improve value-added services.
• Create, update, train others on standard operating procedures for customers, sales reps and internal teams
• Assist in downloading files from transfer sites for internal departments and customers
• Provide professional, mechanical, and technical support/guidance for customers, sales and internal teams
• Test customer files for mechanical/technical problems to ensure print readiness
• Document and organize customer and internal department communications
• Monitor and respond to customers and sales reps via phone and email
• Support Prepress and back up Leads as needed
• Run daily customer service reports
• Perform all other duties as assigned
