Job summary

Walsworth in Brookfield, MO seeks a Desktop Prepress – Technician to expedite, color correct, scan, create ads and art packages, and edit pdf pages from customers. The role requires editing artwork, creating student ads, correcting pages and images, and evaluating customer files for covers and Endsheet checks.

You will perform shopfloor time entries and AS400 data entry, with other duties as assigned, in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in Production Operations.

Responsibilities

• Edit and manipulate artwork for art packages.
• Edit and create student ads.
• Edit and correct pages as instructed.
• Edit and correct portrait and candid images by color correcting individual images.
• Evaluate and provide detailed information from customer supplied files for covers and Endsheet file checks.
• Shopfloor entry for time associated tasks.
• Data entry into the AS400 based on job specifications.
• All other duties as assigned.
