• Assist with guiding, training, and leading the team to ensure accurate processing of ingredients.
• Lead accurate processing while minimizing waste and prep delays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy within the department.
• Support continuous and efficient operation of processing equipment.
• Verify HACCP, GMP, and Allergen guidelines are followed, ensuring ingredient integrity.
• Lead a team of employees and develop/train them.
• Direct, coordinate, coach, and recognize employees to create a positive work environment.
• Communicate with prep leadership about employee concerns and zone efficiency.
• Be responsible and accountable for departmental KPI’s.
