Job summary

Blount Fine Foods is a family-owned manufacturer of premium fresh prepared foods. The role on 2nd shift (3:30pm–12:30am) coordinates and verifies ingredients to ensure accurate processing during the shift, and may perform Prep, Prep 1 and/or Prep 2 responsibilities.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, verify line recipes in queue, and uphold HACCP, GMP and allergen guidelines, while ensuring lot numbers and materials are allocated correctly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for inventory accuracy within the department.
• Responsible for ensuring each line has appropriate recipes in queue.
• Verify departmental HACCP, GMP, and Allergen guidelines are followed, and ensure integrity of all ingredients throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ensure the accuracy of lot numbers and allocation of materials.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and adhere to GMPs, SOPs and Food Safety policies.
• Adhere to Allergen control programs and procedures and report suspicious activity.
• If monitoring CCPs, be trained in HACCP and follow approved HACCP plans.
