Job summary

Blount Fine Foods Corp. is seeking an inventory lead to coordinate and verify warehouse inventory to meet daily divisional needs during their shift.

You will guide the inventory team to ensure accurate and timely processing of manufacturing ingredients, maintain department accuracy, and verify lot numbers in the materials system. The role emphasizes adherence to GMPs, SOPs, and allergen control programs, with responsibilities to report discrepancies and communicate shortages.

Qualifications

• Lead and train the inventory team for accurate processing of ingredients within the shift.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete required transactions during the shift.
• Verify allergen guidelines and containment integrity (IOC) for all materials.

Responsibilities

• Own, lead and develop your area of responsibility.
• Ensure 100% adherence to recipe designs, GMPs and SOPs.
• Update supervisor on efficiencies and hindrances to the process.
• Track and verify ingredient inventories using designated paperwork/systems.
• Disposition of product placed on hold or deemed waste due to dept. error.
