Blount Fine Foods, a family-owned food manufacturer, is seeking a Second Shift Ingredient Coordinator. You will coordinate and verify ingredients for the 2:30pm–12:30am shift and may assist with Prep tasks to ensure accurate processing of divisional ingredients.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring lines have the correct recipes in queue, and verifying HACCP, GMP and Allergen guidelines are followed, including lot-number accuracy and material allocation.

Qualifikationen

• Responsible for inventory accuracy within the department.
• Ensure each line has appropriate recipes in queue.
• Verify HACCP, GMP, and Allergen guidelines are followed.
• Ensure accuracy of lot numbers and allocation of materials.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for completing required paperwork accurately and honestly as applicable.
• Must adhere to all corporate GMPs, SOPs and all Food Safety policies.
• Must adhere to all Allergen control programs and procedures as applicable.
• Responsible for reporting suspicious packages, activities and individuals.
• If monitoring CCPs, must be trained in HACCP and adhere to approved HACCP plan(s).
