Job summary

Carolina Ale House in Myrtle Beach is hiring for Line and Prep Cooks. Open interviews are held every Tuesday through Friday from 2pm to 4pm. You will cook and prepare dishes per recipes, follow safety protocols, and ensure on-time service. Training and advancement opportunities accompany a highly energetic team environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in casual dining, can work weekends/holidays, and stand for long periods. Competitive pay and dining discounts across brands are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-service casual dining environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Food and Health codes.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Skillfully cook and prepare a diverse range of dishes according to recipes.
• Adhere to kitchen safety and sanitation policies.
• Ensure timely delivery of food orders and proper plate presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Use recipe cards and measuring tools accurately.
• Stock and break down sections at shift start and end.
• Rotate prepped items to minimize waste.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
