Job summary

Flanigan's Enterprises is seeking a Prep Cook to organize ingredients and assist during service. You will help prep, maintain station readiness, and support kitchen operations to keep the line running smoothly.

Responsibilities include following safety policies, reading recipes and labels, and assisting with cleanup. The role requires physical endurance and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to read recipes, labels, and English language instructions.
• Attention to accuracy when reading POS orders and delivering food.
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items per recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain stock to par level and ensure smooth kitchen flow.
• Assist with station setup and post-shift cleanup.
• Transport items to/from kitchen and assist with deliveries when needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in cleaning routines.
