Job summary

Flanigan's Enterprises is seeking a Prep Cook to organize and execute prep work for efficient service. You will help ensure a well‑oiled kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and following the recipe manual for consistent plate presentation.

The role requires reading recipes, following food safety standards, and lifting up to 50 lbs. A shift may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for advancement and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Flexible shift schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Can read English, read recipes and food labels.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Read POS ticket orders and follow food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation policies.
• Prepare menu items per recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Rotate products to par level to avoid disruption.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and station setup.
• Transport items to/from kitchen and assist vendor unloading.
• Clean and maintain kitchen area during shift.
• Break down and clean all stations at closing.
