Job summary

Flanigan's Enterprises is seeking a Prep Cook to organize prep work and support efficient kitchen operations in Florida. You will handle chop, weigh, mix, wash, and store ingredients while maintaining station readiness and proper plate presentation.

You must read labels and recipes, follow safety rules, and work well with team members in a fast-paced environment. This role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible shift schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Read recipes and food labels.
• Read POS ticket orders.
• Communicate ticket times and food flow to guests; report issues to manager.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Prepares menu items according to Flanigan's recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Rotates products to par level to prevent kitchen disruption.
• Stock and set up prep stations; complete assigned prep work.
• Transport items to and from kitchen; assist with unloading deliveries.
• Keep kitchen area clean and organized throughout shift.
• Breaks down and cleans all stations at closing.
