Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a Prep Cook to join our hospitality team in the United States. You will prep ingredients, set up the station, and support the Executive Chef to ensure high-quality meals that meet exacting standards.

You will work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with flexible schedules; the role includes maintaining sanitation, following portion controls, and collaborating with culinary leadership to deliver an elevated guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to operate kitchen tools such as knives and grills safely.
• Strong communication and multitasking in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to portions and recipes.
• Set up prep station and stock inventory.
• Maintain sanitation and follow safety guidelines (MSDS where applicable).
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side-work.
• Collaborate with Culinary Leadership to ensure quality and consistency.
