Puttshack is seeking a Prep Cook to support the Executive Chef by preparing ingredients, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation in a fast-paced, guest-focused venue. You will set up prep stations, follow recipes, and ensure portions meet quality standards.

Our venues operate seven days a week with variable schedules; candidates should be reliable, 18+, experienced in high-volume kitchens, and able to multitask calmly in a busy environment, while contributing to a fun, hospitality-driven

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and portions.

Responsabilités

• Set up prep station and stock ingredients.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and portions.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate inventory or quality issues to culinary leadership.
• Support opening and closing duties as needed.
