Puttshack is seeking a motivated Prep Cook to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality menu items. You will set up prep stations, stock inventory, portion ingredients, and help maintain sanitation standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating knives, grills and other kitchen tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow requirements safely.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up prep stations and stock inventory.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and portions.
• Maintain sanitation and safe handling procedures.
• Assist with quality checks and line readiness.
• Support chefs with daily culinary tasks and side-work.
• Communicate inventory or quality issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Read thermometers and food tickets accurately.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely service.
