Job summary

Puttshack USA Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Prep Cook to support the kitchen by preparing ingredients and ensuring prep station readiness to meet Executive Chef's standards. The role requires flexibility for a fast-paced, guest-centric venue open daily from late morning to late evening.

You will handle inventory, follow sanitation guidelines, and work with a team in a fun, entertainment-forward environment offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience in high volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating kitchen tools and appliances such as knives, grills, etc.
• Ability to communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements safely and effectively.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests needs.
• Follow all prescribed portioning controls and par levels.
• Prepare all ingredients according to portions and recipes.
• Communicate inventory or quality issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Ability to read a thermometer and food tickets correctly and efficiently.
• Accurately account for all items coming out of a station.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures, including MSDS.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook.
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work, opening, and closing duties.
