Job summary

Puttshack USA Inc. in Nashville is seeking a Prep Cook to join our energetic kitchen team. You will prepare ingredients, portion recipes, and set up the prep station to support the Executive Chef's exacting standards while maintaining clean, organized workspaces.

Our venues operate in a fast paced, guest‑focused environment with 15–30 hours weekly and flexible shifts. You’ll contribute to high quality meals, follow sanitation guidelines, and enjoy benefits like health coverage, retirement plan

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating kitchen tools and appliances (knives, grills, etc.).
• Ability to communicate clearly to perform and follow requirements safely.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to portions and recipes.
• Set up prep station and stock inventory while maintaining sanitation.
• Follow portioning controls and par levels to ensure consistency.
• Communicate inventory or quality issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and MSDS guidelines.
