Job summary

Puttshack USA Inc. is seeking a Prep Cook to prepare ingredients and support the Executive Chef's standards. You will set up prep stations, stock inventory, and maintain sanitation across a fast-paced venue that operates daily from late morning to late night.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience in high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating kitchen tools and appliances such as knives, grills, etc.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to portions and recipes.
• Set up prep station and stock inventory.
• Maintain sanitation standards and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate inventory or quality issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and side-work.
