Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen preparation or line cooking.
• Ability to read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Positive energy and team player, willing to assist others.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List for each shift and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Prepare and portion meats, seafood, vegetables and other items for cooking.
• Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen policies.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and adhere to cleanliness regulations.
