Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of kitchen preparation and line cook experience.
• Positive energy and ability to work as a team.
• Ability to read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Effective communication with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Constant standing and walking with occasional stooping and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Refer to daily prep list and complete opening/closing checklists and report issues.
• Prepare and portion a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables for cooking.
• Ensure portions, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies are followed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and comply with regulations.
