Qualifications

• At least 1 year of kitchen prep and line cook experience.
• Positive energy and team player.
• Able to read and follow basic cooking directions.
• Effective communication with managers, staff, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand/walk long periods with occasional stooping and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Prepare and portion meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items for cooking.
• Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen rules.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstation and comply with regulations.
