Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking a Prep Cook to bring heart to every recipe and precision to every task. You will prepare fresh ingredients, set up your station, and maintain high quality standards to support a smooth kitchen and memorable guest experiences.

The role requires basic knife skills, kitchen safety knowledge, and English communication, with flexible weekend/holiday availability. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision

Qualifications

• Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and follow recipes with accuracy.
• Set up and organize your station to stay efficient through every shift.
• Maintain high quality standards in prep and execution and keep work area clean and safe.
• Wash, peel, slice, and mix vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients for salads, cold plates, and garnishes.
• Portion food for service and handle daily systems and procedures to stay organized.
