Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a Prep Cook to bring heart to every recipe and precision to every task in a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen. You will prepare fresh ingredients, follow recipes, and help set up your station for smooth service.

The role requires 18+ years old, basic knife skills, kitchen safety knowledge, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible schedules, weekends and holidays, and teamwork are essential to thrive here.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous prep or line cook experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen safety.
• Comfort following recipes and portioning food.
• Team-focused attitude; able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and follow recipes with accuracy.
• Set up and organize your station to stay efficient.
• Maintain high quality standards in prep and execution.
• Keep work area clean, stocked, and safe.
