Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a food production facility or fast-paced restaurant.
• Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Able to stand long and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients per recipes and kitchen needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation; store food safely.
• Assist chefs with measuring and mixing ingredients.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist inventory by labeling and storing ingredients.
• Support cross-training across roles and other duties as assigned.
