You will handle multiple tasks, work with knives and various cooking methods, and ensure food safety and sanitation. Prior kitchen experience is preferred and the role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow prep list and complete tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Read recipes and measure ingredients precisely for consistency.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills: chop, dice, slice.
• Use cooking methods including boiling, broiling, roasting, sautéing, frying, grilling.
• Prep ingredients for 200+ menu items and maintain food safety and sanitation.
