Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Proficient with kitchen tools, equipment, and culinary techniques a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks efficiently with speed and urgency.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements and portioning.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills: chopping, dicing, slicing.
• Use cooking methods including boiling, broiling, roasting, sauteing, frying, grilling.
• Prepare ingredients for 200+ menu items, including sauces and soups.
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, grills, and mixers.
• Label and rotate food using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
