Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Proficient with kitchen tools and culinary techniques.
• Knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and food safety standards.
• Ability to multitask with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive, patient attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and work quickly with accuracy.
• Read recipes with precise measurements and portions.
• Prepare ingredients with knife skills: chop, dice, slice.
• Cook using boiling, broiling, roasting, sautéing, frying, grilling.
• Prepare sauces, dressings, soups for 200+ menu items.
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, grills, mixers, slicers.
• Label, date, rotate food using FIFO.
• Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness, sanitation.
• Support teamwork through clear communication.
• Work well under pressure with high standards.
