Qualifications

• Experience as a prep cook in a high-volume environment.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of ingredients following recipes and portion guidelines.
• Follow portion control procedures to minimize waste.
• Organize and stock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen areas according to food safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and notify shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing and workflow.
• Help with opening/closing procedures and dishwashing as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
