• Organize and stock ingredients and supplies for smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas per food safety regulations.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying shortages.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
