Mansioni

• Assist with the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping, slicing, dicing, and marinating, following recipes and portion guidelines.
• Follow established portion control procedures to minimize food waste.
• Organize and stock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth workflow during meal service.
• Maintain a high degree of cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas, equipment, countertops, and storage areas, following food safety regulations.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure food quality and freshness.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, labeling prep items, receiving supplies, and notifying the chef or manager of shortages or discrepancies.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing and workflow.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with dishwashing duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
