The role requires experience in fast-paced kitchens, strong knife skills, and a passion for culinary excellence. Eligibility for benefits and opportunities for growth are included. Nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen is required.
• Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute all dishes from the assigned station with precision and efficiency.
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards to maintain consistency.
• Read and process food tickets accurately to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards always.
• Execute menu items with proper technique, timing, and attention to detail.
• Assist with daily prep tasks, stocking ingredients, and kitchen setup.
• Ensure storage and production areas are organized and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams to ensure seamless service.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and maintain a safe kitchen.
• Take direction from Chefs and Sous Chefs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
