The One Group is seeking a Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will execute high-quality menu items from your station with precision, maintaining a clean, fast-paced work environment and supporting chefs to deliver THE ONE GROUP standards.

Ideal candidates bring experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a high-volume setting, strong knife skills, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to stand long hours and lift 50 lbs. We verify U.S. employment eligibility via eVerify.

Qualificações

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant prep line.
• Strong culinary techniques and food safety knowledge.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and execute all dishes from the assigned station with precision and efficiency.
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards to maintain consistency.
• Read and process food tickets accurately to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards always.
• Execute all menu items with proper technique, timing, and attention to detail.
• Assist with daily prep tasks and kitchen setup.
• Ensure storage and production areas are organized and maintained.
• Work with BOH and FOH teams to ensure seamless service.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and maintain a safe kitchen environment.
• Execute tasks assigned by Chefs and Sous Chefs with professionalism.
