The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will uphold high quality standards, work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and contribute to unforgettable dining experiences.

Qualified candidates have at least two years of line cook or prep experience, strong basic cooking knowledge, and the ability to communicate clearly with managers, colleagues, and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cook roles.
• Positive energy and ability to work as a team player.
• Must be able to read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Excellent communication with managers, staff, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina: standing and walking for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and maintain high-quality cuisine following standard portions and methods.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstation and comply with cleanliness regulations.
• Close kitchen per checklist and assist others with closing duties.
• Report shortages or issues to Chef promptly.
