Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a Prep Cook to support high-volume kitchen operations at our Denver-area locations. You will set up prep stations, prepare ingredients according to recipes, and maintain sanitation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to portioning, and accurate ticket reading to deliver quality guest experiences. Responsibilities include stocking inventory, following safety guidelines, and communicating issues to Culinary Leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Prior experience in high-volume restaurant kitchen
• Experience operating kitchen tools and appliances such as knives, grills, etc.
• Ability to communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements safely and effectively
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each day.
• Ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests needs.
• Follow portioning controls and par levels.
• Prepare ingredients according to portions and recipes.
• Communicate inventory or quality issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Read thermometers and food tickets correctly and efficiently.
• Account for all items from a station.
• Follow food allergy procedures and special orders.
