Puttshack USA is seeking a Line Cook to prepare, plate, and garnish high-quality menu items at our busy venue. You will set up the station, maintain sanitation, and ensure adherence to the Executive Chef’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and portion controls.
• Strong communication to coordinate with Culinary Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, produce, plate and garnish menu items.
• Set up station and maintain sanitation standards.
• Follow prescribed recipes and handle tickets.
• Communicate food delays or issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Ensure accurate portioning and allergy procedures.
