Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Proficient with kitchen tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety standards.
• Able to multitask with efficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks efficiently with speed and urgency.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements and portions.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills: chopping, dicing, slicing.
• Use methods like boiling, broiling, roasting, sauteing, frying, grilling.
• Prep ingredients for 200+ menu items including sauces and dressings.
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, flat tops, grills, mixers, slicers.
