Competenze

• Prior kitchen experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Proficient with kitchen tools and culinary techniques.
• Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety standards.

Mansioni

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks efficiently with speed and urgency.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements and portions.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills (chop, dice, slice).
• Use cooking methods including boiling, broiling, roasting, sauteing, frying, grilling.
• Prepare ingredients for 200+ items including sauces, dressings, soups.
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, flat tops, grills, mixers, slicers.
