Job summary

SCA Health in California is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Perioperative team as a PreOp/PACU nurse. You will assess patients before and after surgery, manage airway and pain, monitor vital signs, and support the anesthesia team during transitions across the perioperative continuum.

The role requires a nursing degree, an active RN license, and at least one year of PreOp or PACU experience, with BLS/BCLS and ACLS (and PALS if pediatric care is involved) within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• One year of Pre Operative or PACU experience.
• Current state RN licensure in good standing.
• BLS/BCLS within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS within 90 days; PALS if pediatric care is included.

Responsibilities
